Starting a diet and exercise regimen is hard enough –this kit is designed to simplify and streamline your plan so you don't feel overwhelmed and your goals stay realistic. This is the half-letter size version of the regular Healthy Habits & Wellness Kit. Two planning sheets (8.5 x 5.5 inches) are fit up on one 8.5 x 11 sheet, so you can cut it in half and fit them in a mini binder (see last image). This kit is also editable! Fields can be filled in using Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, or Preview. (Existing text that is part of the design cannot be edited.)

This listing includes the following PDF sheets:

• Daily Health Habits Log – keep track of your daily health routine such as hours of sleep, vitamins/supplements, water intake, calorie intake/burned, plus space to record your weight and other notes (2 weeks on one half page)

• Health Progress Tracker – track those results you're working so hard for; includes space to record your stats by week (weight, loss/gain, BMI, and basic body measurements); 14 weeks on one half page

• Weekly Food Diary – keep record of what you eat throughout your week; includes space for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, plus calories, carbs, protein, and fat for each day; plus a space to record your totals and see how well you stuck to the plan this week (Monday through Thursday on one half page, Friday through Sunday and weekly totals on the other half page)

• Workout Tracker / Planner – use this sheet to either plan out your workouts in advance or record your workouts after you complete them; includes space for date/time of workout, warm up, cardio, strength, flexibility, and cool down (7 workouts on one half page)

• Health + Fitness Goal Planner / Tracker – start your regimen with this simplified sheet to help you make a plan and figure out how you're going to stick to it; includes space for starting stats (weight, BMI, measurements), 3 long-term goals, 5 short-term goals, incentives for milestones, accountability, and motivation

I combined bright colors, bold typography, and a little tongue-in-cheek wording to make your early morning workouts and protein shakes a little less intimidating.
